Supplier Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT: Client shall pay the total payment required by the contract within five (5) days of booking and the acceptance of the Contract by Global Events Management Group Inc. All payments are non-refundable. All prices are quoted in USD

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING: All cancellation notices must be provided to Global Events Management Group Inc. in writing. In the event that the Client cancels their participation a cancellation fee will be an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking price.

PACKAGE DETAILS:  Access to all conference sessions, workshops, targeted prospect meetings and networking activities are included in the package price.

ALTERATION TO THE ADVERTISED PACKAGE: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package Global Events Management Group Inc. reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location or omit features as it deems necessary or as deemed necessary by the event organizers without penalty.   If the event is rescheduled to dates that the Client is unable to attend, a credit note will be issued for all monies paid.

LIABILITY/INDEMNITY: The Client hereby indemnifies and holds Global Events Management Group Inc. harmless from and against all claims, damages and expenses arising in any way from the acts, omissions or negligence of Clients or its employees, representatives, agents or guests. In making arrangements with third parties for hotel accommodation or other services, Global Events Management Group Inc. acts solely as Client’s agent and does so on the express condition that no liability of any kind howsoever caused shall attach to Global Events Management Group Inc. in connection with or arising out of such arrangements.

AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE:

1. The contract shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. 
2. This contract shall be binding upon submission to Global Events Management Group Inc via this online registration form. By clicking the acceptance button below you are accepting all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
3. The undersigned warrants and represents that he or she is authorized by Client to execute this Agreement and bind the Client to the obligations under this agreement.
